HOSTEL GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

  • If you wish to stay in a BUNGALOW, CHALET, CARAVAN FUN or a PITCH then booking is obligatory, with a deposit of 30% of the total reservation cost, to be paid with and no later than 15 days after the request for the reservation is made; failure to do so will result in loss of the reservation.

  • The remaining balance should then be paid upon arrival, after check-in.

  • Late arrival and early departure must be timely communicated to the Management, and payment for the entire period of the booking must be made. Non-arrival within 24 hours of expected arrival time without prior communication will result in the cancellation of the booking.

  • In the case of a cancellation of a booking the deposit will be returned in full minus a €35.00 administration fee, if the cancellation is made within 35 days of the arrival date no deposit will be refunded.

  • The Management reserves the right to assign accommodation and pitches at their discretion.

  • It is prohibited to erect tents, gazebos or anything similar with in the green areas reserved for Maxi-Caravan, log cabins and Caravan FUN.

  • The period of stay is implied to be from Saturday to Saturday (7 days).

  • Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00 and departure is before 10:00.

  • Guests are liable for any damage to the accommodation and the structure.

  • Entrance to the swimming is not included. During the months of July and August the entrance fee is €3.00 per person. This includes the use of sun beds, chairs, and umbrellas, if available.
