The Entertainment and Baby Club are guaranteed only from 01.08 al 26.08. The swimming pool is open from 30 April to 18 September

PAYMENT TIMES

Payment made outside of the stated payment hours will incur an extra charge of 13 euro.
At the time of payment you must show your personal PASS and your personal number.
Cheques are not accepted. We do not accept Debit Cards, Credit Cards, EDC Maestro, CartaSi, Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American Express.
For reservations over 10 days you are required to make weekly payments.
The Company is not responsible for any eventual increase in VAT.

CARAVAN TOW

Guests with Caravans can make use of our 'entrance-exit' caravan towing service at a cost of €30.00. The service for only the entrance or only the exit, or for changing pitch is provided at a cost of €20.00. THIRD PARTY CARAVAN TOWS ARE NOT ALLOSWED INSIDE THE CAMPSITE.
Through prior booking you we can arrange the erection of a veranda for a charge of €50.00.

REGULATIONS

 

  • Upon arrival guests are required to complete Public Security (Pubblica Sicurezza) form handover an ID document for each member of the group. Then your NUMBER will be given to you, which is a strictly controlled instrument and must be shown upon request. The Management reserves the right to prosecute those found to be in the Campsite without the correct registration and without their personal allocated PASS.

  • The exact number of people in the group must be declared at the time of check-in as well as all of the equipment/ structures that will erected/ used. Guests are asked to communicate any eventual change to the reception. Any equipment which is not declared will immediately be removed.

  • The assigned pitch cannot be changed without prior authorisation from the Management. Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed inside the Village unaccompanied by their parents for the entire duration of their stay. The parents/ adults are directly responsible for the behaviour and any excess liveliness of their children and/or minors in their care, in order that they do not disturb the quiet and security of other guests at the campsite.

  • Day visitors or guests are not allowed in the Village.

  • Animals of any type are not allowed inside the Village.

  • For the security of the Village and its guests it is reminded that:

    It is obligatory to use fire-proof wires in line with the Law for the connection of electricity at electrical points, assicurandosi che l'impianto sia collegato alla messa a terra del villaggio;

    Maximum attention must be given to the use of the grill. The Management reserves the right to forbid the use of grills in certain weather conditions.

    It is forbidden to light fires on the ground both inside the Village and on the beach.

    Circulating by car, camper, caravan, motorbike or other type of vehicle must respect the maximum speed limit of 10km/hr.

    Use the said car or motorbike only for the intention of leaving or entering the Village.

  • You are requested to respect other people at all times, particularly during the hours of quietness from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 24:00 to 07:00.

  • For a happy and mutually respectful environment guests are reminded to:

    Throw away rubbish and paper in the relative bins;

    Wash towels/ clothes and dishes in the specific places;

    Not use fountains, hydrants or other water supply for use of personal hygiene cleaning;

    Remember to only occupy the shower for as long as strictly necessary;

    Leave the communal shower and bathroom blocks in a good state after use;

    Wash cars, campers, caravans, motorbikes and other vehicles in the place allocated for this;
  • It is forbidden to:

    Circulate by bike from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:30 to 07:00;

    Circulate by car, camper, motorbike or other vehicle from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 24:00 to 07:00;

    The use of a TV, radio or musical instrument at a high volume which may disturb the peace of other guests and the Village in general;

    Dig holes, erect fencing, or put up ropes are man height;

    Damage plants or trees, or any form of nature, puncture the tree trunks, cut branches, or anything to cause damage or any such act that cannot be rectified .

    The Management of the Village reserves the right to decline every responsibility for damage caused to people and/or in the case of theft, force magor(due to bad weather, falling trees) or or by any other cause not blameable on the Management of Staff of the Village itself. The Management accepts no responsibility for any objects or valuable items that are lost or stolen.
  • Guests are requested follow the recommendations that in certain situations, will be requested by the Management.

The state, cleanliness and the functioning of the communal services are entrusted in the guests along with respect and common courtesy. In respect of this the Management apologises to its guests for any acts of vandalism and any disruption such acts may cause These regulations will be given to guests upon arrival and are on display at the entrance to the campsite. Entrance to the Camping Village SANTA FORTUNATA implies complete agreement to accept these regulations and all other regulations made necessary for the functioning of the Campsite. The Staff are authorised to ensure that the regulations are respected and the Management reserves the right to ask any guest that does not comply with these regulations to leave.
